The “Me” Nobody Knows inc. Youth Arts Enrichment Program is a company that is bonded by love and guided by faith.  We are a beacon of light in an overlooked community.  It was birthed in October of 2003 and has had an overwhelming response.  The sole purpose of the program is to tap into a child’s natural talents and abilities and utilize them in a way that will positively enhance their lives.  We want to spark an interest in a child that will help discover their talents and validate them so they can achieve whatever they set their mind too.  The Arts play an important factor in the overall development of a child’s life.  We are currently at Excelsior Prep and PS 37.  The Program had a successful semester at PS/IS 208, PS 80 in Queens and PS 20 in Brooklyn.  Our Program has revealed that the children who have participated in the program thus far have begun to apply themselves more in their academic studies and are now verbal participants in class discussion and participation.  Self-esteem and confidence are attributed to being apart of The Me Nobody Knows. We have just received our 501 (C) (3) status so we can go into Schools and Shelters that don’t have the funds to support the Program. The teachers are professional Artists in and around the Entertainment Industry that see the need for the Arts to be implemented back into the schools and made available to the children.  Kids  have a lot of energy and need a way to channel and focus that energy in a positive and productive way.  The “Me” Nobody Knows is a vehicle that will provide that and yet so much more. Our program is seed planted into a child’s life that will bring forth a harvest of endless fruit and possibilities. It takes a village to raise a child and we must take our rightful place.
